What is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga first time introduced in 20th Century and this is modern day form of India Classical Yoga. Vinyasa is synchronization of breath and Ashtanga is dynamic form of Hatha Yoga. According to Patanjali the path of internal purification for revealing the Universe Self consists of eight spiritual practices:
  1. Yama : Moral Codes
  2. Niyama : Self purification
  3. Asana : Posture
  4. Pranayama : Breath Control
  5. Pratyahara : Sense Control
  6. Dharana : Concentration
  7. Dhyana : Meditation
  8. Samadhi : Absorption into the universal
