Yoga classes are suitable for all of us.

Ravinder says the great advantage of yoga is that it can be practice by anyone at any time, irrespective of age, sex and physical condition. We separated our courses according to experience from beginners to more advanced levels. If anyone drop-in the class, so there is no need to book & other references, but we highly recommend arriving 10 or 15 minutes before when they start, especially in the morning and weekends batches. Every teachers instructions to their students according to their capability and We also offer specialized Yoga classes for corporate people, older practitioners, students, pregnant women and those recovering from injury.

Medical Information

Regular Yoga classes are not suitable for students with certain medical conditions. Please inform the Institute and your teacher before starting classes if you have any of the following:
  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Recently had an operation
  • During the pregnancy
  • Undergoing IVF treatment
  • Heart disease or any heart problem
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Detached retina
  • Meniere’s disease
Having any of these conditions does not mean that you cannot practice yoga or it will not be able to help you. We have a special recommended yoga class where experienced teachers give individual tuition to help certain conditions.
