Our 100 Hours Yoga Teacher training is tailored to suit those who are seeking to explore yoga and spiritualism. It is a short course lasting 12 days. For those who are willing to enhance their yoga hobby or those who are constrained by time to become a yoga instructor, this course is an ideal choice. The course is designed to bring a deep understanding of studies related to yoga. Students will learn the basic aspect of yoga in their pursuit of self-discovery and spiritualism. All the course is done with a holistic approach.

The courses are well-designed to give basic knowledge of yoga through various subjects.  The subjects would include various breathing methods and Ashtanga Asanas, Vinyasa Asanas-Mulitstyle series, the yoga philosophy and yoga anatomy. 

This international course is set along with 200 and 300 hours students from the 2nd of every month. Hence it’s a good opportunity to be among the students who are planning to become full-time yoga instructors.

COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum covers the fundamental elements of yoga based on essential subjects consisting of pranayama –  various breathing techniquesshat kriya – cleansing of the nostril with lukewarm water and its importance, asana practices  Mysore style Ashtanga asana, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga philosophy – Sutras and 5 limbs of Yoga, Yoga anatomy – the physical aspect of muscles, bones in asanas, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation

DAILY SCHEDULE

THE MORNING SESSION

this will guide students from early waking in the morning norms to morning exercises that are needed to energise the body and mind to take on the day. 

Satkarma – This cleansing of nostrils ( after all the oxygen and carbon di oxide passage should always be free of obstacles. These get blocked from the previous day.

Breathing exercise – In today’s fast pace working and the living environment we ignore the importance of breathing. We just do not comprehend much about it. It’s the typical form of creation of stress. Breathing excessively is important to allow a continuous movement of oxygen to our lungs. Our exercise also helps bring back the strength to our lungs, and stomach to help regenerate those habits we forgot growing up. 

The Ashtanga asanas – The Ashtnaga asanas class to wake us up completely and keep us energies the whole day.

 

AFTER BREAKFAST SESSION

Classes after breakfast classes are mostly about learning about our body and the yoga philosophy. The classes are very much relaxed and morning session have given enough power to be focused. 

 

LATE AFTERNOON SESSION

Vinyasa Flow -multi series – The evening session are filled with multi series asanas. The classes are intensive and students are taught to push both mind and body to a level unexpected by the students. This allow students to strengthen mind and prepares them be strong mentally and find the true potentials hidden deep inside of them.

Meditation – The idea is after a hard asana sessions in the yoga hall it is also important to relax both the mind and body . The exercise will lead the mind to relax and body to re compose. The Sound healing class also brings the complete harmony both in mind and body and soul

AFTER COMPLETION OF 100 HOURS YOGA TTC

Please note that a student completing 100 hours does not qualify to be a full-time yoga instructor. According to the guidelines set by yoga alliance USA, the minimum requirement of hours to be a full-time yoga instructor is 200 hours. However, a student can add this hour to a full-time 200 hours course should one pursue continuing the course after completion within the same or any other months. Those with RYT can add these hours to their continuing program.

IMPORTANT : Existing Medical Condition

Ravinder yoga school do not take any responsibility for students who may have a pre-existing medical condition. Though Yoga is beneficial for everyone we still advise them to consult their personal doctor before enrolling. However, we always take absolutely good care of every student’s needs in the Yoga sessions. This could also allow our teacher to be able to handle the required student well. 

COURSE FEES INCLUDES / EXCLUDES

• Room for the duration of the course.

• 3 times vegetarian meals per day.

• 1 Therapeutic Massage.

• 1 Rafting in the ganges ( depending on the season and weather)

•  Scooty on 3 Excursion day ( These are provided after completing the routine excursion on sundays. The cost of oil as well any damage of the vehicle should be paid by the student)

• All the course materials such as exercise books, pens, books and equipment in schools yoga hall such as rope, belt, block, and a yoga mat, 1 School Tshirt, school bag.

 

• Simply anything one wants to buy personally.

• Special tour to any place.

• Transport to and from Airport or Bus stop ( The school  can organise it for the students)

• Food outside the school.

• Hiring of scooters, and any other vehicles.

• Any adventure such as rafting, mountain climbing etc. 

• Any Yoga equipment.

Any medical bill in case the student suffers from any fever or any other natural causes.  Students should have medical insurance before arriving at the school.
