Welcome to Ravinder Yoga School 3 days online course. This course is ideal for someone who would like to get a taste of yoga and its philosophy. The course is well designed to make students understand the basics of yoga and its philosophy and how they could use it in their daily life to achieve happiness. It also provides a wonderful opportunity for those to get a glimpse of what yoga is all about and how they could become a yoga instructor. Our online classes are conducted in a holistic manner giving a sense of overwhelming feeling to students. It’s also a great way to release all the negativity that has been surrounding one’s mind and come in touch with all the beauty and happiness that our eyes have been ignoring for a long time. Our course will let you fight gently all the fears deep inside you and build up that confidence in you and make you glow not only outside but deep within you as well. We bring balance to your mind, body and soul.
Our teachers are extremely friendly and have an immense amount of knowledge in teaching yoga to students from all around the world. The stranger you are to others the more you would like to teach. ( After all, we are all different and yet the same )

۞ Meditative steps of performing the hatha yoga; centering, entering, refining, holding, coming out, and reflection
Ashtanga-Vinyasa-Yoga flow – series 1
۞ Surya-Namaskara (sun salutations) – dynamic surya namaskara, surya namaskara with breathe awareness, surya namaskara with mantra chanting
Types of Yoga posture- standing poses, sitting poses, backward bending poses, forward bending poses, spinal twisting poses, fire series, inversion poses, shavasana
Postural alignment and art of adjustment

Yoga Philosophy ( optional class)
Students completing the 7-day online yoga course would be awarded a pdf version of the certificate. Please note a student completing this course cannot teach yoga. According to yoga alliance, USA minimum of 200 hours of yoga teacher training is required to be a full-time yoga instructor.
