Our Training Curriculam sessions
Body, Breath & Dynamic Movement
Cleansing the nasal passages first thing restores unobstructed breathing and clears the mind for the entire day[cite: 1].
Deep, intentional practices flood the body with oxygen and calm the nervous system[cite: 1].
A structured sequence to awaken muscle groups. This leaves you fully charged for the day's study[cite: 1].
Body · Philosophy · Integration
These classes ease you into learning — no intensity, no rush. The morning session has already energised and focused the mind, making it perfectly primed to absorb how the body works, its anatomy, and how yoga interacts with it.
Philosophy classes explore the classical texts, principles, and traditions that underpin yogic practice. With a relaxed, nourished mind, students engage more deeply — into the nature of the self and the purpose of practice.
A short wind-down to consolidate learning — notes, questions, or silent reflection. Bridging what was studied back to personal practice makes knowledge stick and gives meaning to the morning's physical work.
Flow · Stillness · Sound
The evening sessions are filled with multi-series asanas. Classes are intensive — students are taught to push both mind and body to unexpected levels, building mental resilience and uncovering the true potential hidden deep within.
After an intensive asana session it is equally important to relax both mind and body. This guided meditation leads the mind to deep stillness while the body recomposes — releasing tension and reconnecting with the breath.
The sound healing class brings complete harmony to mind, body and soul. Resonant singing bowls wash through the body after practice — dissolving residual tension and preparing students for deep, nourishing rest.
AFTER COMPLETION 100 HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Please note that a student completing 100 hours does not qualify to be a full-time yoga instructor. According to the guidelines set by yoga alliance USA, the minimum requirement of hours to be a full-time yoga instructor is 200 hours. However, a student can add this hour to a full-time 200 hours course should one pursue continuing the course after completion within the same or any other months. Those with RYT can add these hours to their continuing program.
