100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Our 100 hour teacher training course is ideal for beginner who would like to gain the basic knowledge of yoga and its usefulness in our daily lives. The course runs for 11 days and it aims in providing the guidance to yoga through pranamya, Hatha and Ashtanga vinyasa, yoga philosophy , yoga anatomy, meditation. This course will enhance the knowledge of yoga to help students who may have time constraints to pursue yoga for further studies to become teacher. The course will start along with the 200 hour teacher training students and hence one would truly get exposure to international learning of yoga.The intensive course runs for 6 days with the 7th day break . On the break day students are taken for sight seeing to the mountains or to the shrine.

The accommodation and three times vegetarian meal per day is included in the fees. All our course are conducted in English.

Note: completion of 100 hours teacher training does not allow one to teach yoga. The minimum hours of teacher training completion required by the Yoga Alliance is 200 hours. Curriculum for 100 hours yoga teacher training

•  How sit and have have the correct posture to breathe
•  Various ratios of breathing
•  Establish diaphragm breathing.
•  Nadi shodhana pranayama, ujjayee, kapalabhati, bhastrika, shitali, shitkari, brahmari, and anuloma viloma
•  Introduction to various stages of Hatha- holding, releasing , practice with various stages of breathing etc.
•  Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa flow – holding, releasing, practice with various stages of breathing. Sun salutations
•  Various postures such as sitting pose, standing pose, back bending pose, forward bending pose, spinal twisting pose, fire series, Shavasana.
•  Introduction to various master of yoga and their philosophy.
•  Introduction to sutras of  Patanjali
•  Philosophy behind Hatha and Ashtanga yoga
•  Yogi lifestyle
•  Introduction to the study of digestive system.
•  The effect of yoga on digestive system.
•  The introduction to the study of respiratory system and yoga effect on it.
•  Yoga effects on posture and muscles of our body
•  Introduction to Nadis (energy channel), Chakras () and pancha fatwa
•  Introduction to five Pranas.
•  Introduction to Basic of ayurveda
•  Doshas and its classification according to body type.
