Meditation and restoration session
Meditation  ·  Restoration

Quiet the mind, restore the body

After an intensive asana session it is equally important to relax both mind and body. This guided meditation leads the mind to deep stillness while the body recomposes — releasing tension and reconnecting with the breath.

Guided Breathwork 20–30 min
Sound healing with singing bowls
Sound healing  ·  Integration

Harmony of mind, body & soul

The sound healing class brings complete harmony to mind, body and soul. Resonant singing bowls wash through the body after practice — dissolving residual tension and preparing students for deep, nourishing rest.
