We have thought carefully about what it means to welcome someone into this world — particularly someone arriving from a life of schedules, deadlines, and the particular exhaustion of always knowing what comes next. Our retreats are structured not to overwhelm, but to gently unfold. Each day has its rhythm. Each rhythm has its purpose. And underneath it all, there is always room simply to be.

How long you stay

We offer retreats of three, five, seven, and fourteen days — because we understand that time is, for most of us, the most precious and most contested of resources. Our seven-day retreat is, in our experience, the most deeply rewarding: long enough for the mind to truly soften, short enough to fit within the constraints of a modern life. Whatever you can give, we will make it count.

Certification for Yoga Retreats

At the conclusion of your retreat, you will be presented with a Certificate of Completion in recognition of your dedication and sincere participation throughout the course.

All retreat programmes may be counted as Continuing Education (CE) training hours for those registered as RYT with Yoga Alliance (USA). Kindly note, however, that yoga retreats are intended for personal enrichment and continuing study; they do not contribute toward Yoga Teacher Training certification hours, nor do they qualify one to teach yoga professionally.
